I’m so excited! I was never in favour of finding out the sex of a baby before they were born as I always thought the build up was lovely but my daughter is of the new generation and likes to be prepared for everything so she had her scan and reports we are to be getting a new baby grandson called Ronnie.
I’ve been surprised at myself in how this pleases me – we now call the bump Ronnie as opposed to it and have been preparing a blue room and buying blue boys clothes.
This is really an exciting period for the whole family although me and my daughter are feeling a little outnumbered as on a family gathering we are the only females with eight males!
